All returns must first be authorized by our Support Team before return to avoid sending to the wrong address, returning an incorrect item, or submitting an empty package; otherwise we reserve the right to refuse any compensation. Please tell us the return address and send the shipping label, the tracking number, and an available logistics website. We will first check the tracking information, and then see if there's anything we can help you with.
Authentic Products Guarantee Policy

All products offered for sale are authentic. If the product you received is confirmed as counterfeit, contact us within 90 days of receipt and provide valid proof of inauthenticity. After confirmation, you receive a refund of the actual payment amount plus a coupon worth twice the product value.

Notes:

  1. Valid proof from the official website of the corresponding brand is required; it must be original without alteration.
  2. If this service is used for profit, the policy does not apply and your credit rating will be downgraded.

Spare Parts 3-Day Delivery Guarantee Policy

“Spare Parts 3-Day Delivery” promises delivery within 3 business days after successful payment for items marked accordingly.

Notes:

  1. Applies to in-stock spare parts shipped from the CZ warehouse to Germany.
  2. Maximum 5 pieces of the same in-stock spare part per customer within 30 days.
  3. Time counts from successful payment submission to the delivery time shown in tracking.

Shipping Insurance Service Policy

Shipping insurance protects against loss or damage during shipping. If covered, compensation (refund/exchange/new replacement/reship accessory) is provided based on submitted proof.

  2. Outside scope: force majeure; items detained by customs or restricted to import; items destroyed by authorities under local law; other customs/import processes.

Broken Screen Service Policy

Valid for 1 year from the purchase date. If an internal or external screen (excluding the back cover) is broken due to accidental fall, collision, crushing or similar, provide order number, IMEI and three photos of the damaged screen. One-time compensation is provided based on the item value.
