These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the Oqtaris online shop (operated by Oqtaris Group with headquarters in Switzerland and Europe). They apply equally to consumers in the European Union and Switzerland.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after submission.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in the respective indicated currency including statutory value added tax (where applicable). Shipping costs will be displayed separately. The available payment methods are indicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made by the respective suppliers or partners. Oqtaris merely acts as an intermediary in this context. Delivery times may vary and are indicated during the ordering process.

6. Returns, Guarantee and Warranty

All returns, warranty claims or guarantee cases must be sent directly to the respective supplier. The Oqtaris Group does not cover return shipping costs and assumes no liability for transport damage. The statutory warranty rights in the EU and Switzerland remain unaffected.

7. Disclaimer

The Oqtaris Group is liable only for its own content on this website. Oqtaris assumes no responsibility for the content, quality and safety of the products provided by suppliers. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages and lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Data Protection

We, the Oqtaris Group, take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Your data is processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA). Your data will be used exclusively for processing the order and customer service and will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal must be exercised directly with the respective supplier. Oqtaris does not cover return costs.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The law of Switzerland or the law of the European Union applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions conflict. The place of jurisdiction for disputes - to the extent permitted by law - is the registered office of the Oqtaris Group in Switzerland.
